INDUCTION ALTERNATIVE
If you favour an induction hob instead, the five cooking zones available suit all pan sizes and requirements. The rotary controls are easy to use and cooking can continue, even during a spillage. The induction zones can range in power from level 1 to 9 for flexibility and a power boost setting can be used on 2 zones at a time to speed up the cooking process. Finally settings L1 and L2 offer low power functionality which is ideal for melting or simmering.
